If any changes are required to a program or project upon which we are working on your behalf, we will notify you and will obtain your approval before proceeding and before committing to additional costs . We will assign an experienced Account Manager to work with you on a day-to-day basis. Your Account Manager will work closely with at least one additional staff member who will have full knowledge of your programs. Should you require information quickly when your Account Manager is not available, the back-up person will handle your requirements.
