We have established the following performance standards for our company with all clients:

  • We will keep confidential all the information you share with us
  • We will work diligently to assure our recommendations are sound and our execution of your plan is efficient, effective and professional
  • You will receive a contact report after each meeting to assure that discussions and objectives are clearly understood and agreed to by all parties
  • While working with you on marketing communication programs, we will not accept any new clients whose business is directly competitive with yours
  • We keep our promises!

If any changes are required to a program or project upon which we are working on your behalf, we will notify you and will obtain your approval before proceeding and before committing to additional costs .

We will assign an experienced Account Manager to work with you on a day-to-day basis. Your Account Manager will work closely with at least one additional staff member who will have full knowledge of your programs. Should you require information quickly when your Account Manager is not available, the back-up person will handle your requirements.
